With Rosa, we continue our quest to explore the types of white wines that can be produced in Bordeaux. Made from the Sémillon grape, from a clay-limestone terroir exposed to the south, with Rosa we decided to push the ripeness to obtain a rather rich, full-bodied white wine, but with a beautiful acidity that always maintains a nice balance.

Its little peculiarity? Even if Sémillon makes up the majority of this wine, there's also a small touch of Merlot! And yes, it is therefore a white wine with a touch of red, which explains its slightly pinkish color.

It's a small rarity, with only 350 bottles produced.

Food and Wine Pairing: with fish in sauce, prawns, lobster, chicken with a cream sauce.
