Gina - 2025

Gina is a very small batch, born from our Sémillons worked alone, from vine to bottle.

For the 2025 vintage, I chose a 9-day skin maceration, to seek out body, texture, and let the grape express itself differently. The wine is slowly built, with a fine tannic structure and beautiful depth.

The grapes are organically grown, and everything is done on the vineyard scale: low volume, lots of attention.

On the nose, there are notes of dried fruit, candied citrus, and flowers, with a slight spicy touch.
On the palate, the wine is ample, taut, with a real presence.

It's a somewhat unique wine, which I envision for the table: it loves dishes with character, textures, and cuisines open to the world.
